BOM Program Details:
Please read.
  1. Blocks will be posted around the first of each month (with the exception of January) and will remain available for free for 30 days.  After 30 days the blocks will be moved to my web site where they will be available for purchase.
  2. Blocks are collected by going to my website and adding the free block to your shopping cart.  When you check out there is no charge.  You will receive an email link to download the free pattern.  Be sure you add morningglorydesigns.com to your "safe senders" list so the email does not go to your spam mailbox.
  3. Each month there will be two Giveaways!  You can enter by sending me a picture of your completed block or by posting a picture of your completed block to the Morning Glory Designs Block of the Month Facebook Group Page.  Other giveaways will be sponsored each month to anyone who leaves a comment on this blog post.  Winners will be chosen at random and will receive a free pattern or other cool prizes.
  4. Block of the month patterns are available only as digital downloads.
  5. By subscribing to my twice monthly Newsletter "On the Vine" you will receive a second free exclusive Bonus Block each month, available only from a link in the Newsletter.  Click HERE to subscribe.  All information is private and used only to send the Newsletter.
  6. You are welcome to download and print one copy of this pattern for personal use only.   Others who would like the pattern should be referred to this blog where they can download their own copy.  Sharing is not permitted.
  7. This pattern is copyrighted and may not be shared, copied, altered, adapted, duplicated, sold or used for any commercial purposes without written permission from Morning Glory Designs.
  8. Groups or guilds may use this pattern as a group BOM project or raffle/opportunity quilt with written permission from Morning Glory Designs, and a small licensing fee based on the size of the guild or group.  You may use a quilt made from this pattern for fundraising purposes with permission, for charitable causes or guild support.
  9. Shops that wish to purchase and/or kit this pattern may contact Morning Glory Designs for wholesale terms.

A free BOM pattern is a privilege, not a right. I am happy to share my work with people who are kind, cheerful, fun, upbeat, nice, and generous. If you are grumpy, grouchy, bitchy, mean spirited, demanding, you don't play well with others, or are otherwise cantankerous please find somewhere else to play.

  1. This looks like it will be beautiful as all your designs. I think of the sun when looking at it at first and then the flowers. Perhaps it could be named Sunshining blooms or Sunshine blooms. I haven't had a chance to do the 2017BOM but will when I get a few finished I have started. I loved your Pony Express pattern and made my husband a throw for Christmas with the fabrics. Love what you do and perhaps can get to Ottawa as not too far from Lawrence. Do you have a shop? Thanks for all your free blocks. Betty Barnes

  2. Ciao Reeze e grazie ancora per tutto quello che ci doni e la meraviglia dei disegni. La mia idea per questo nuovo progetto mi fa pensare chiaramente ad un giardino e al cielo perciò lo chiamerei "giardino stellare". Ciao e buon lavoro Silvana

  10. The starry corners remind me somewhat of bear paw blocks, so I would call the quilt "There's a Bear in the Garden!" . . .
Whatever you choose to call it, it's an absolutely wonderful design that I'm looking forward to stitching! Thank you!
